the Bear SG ahhh.. send out email about us taking over work from other units (we know how to do these things well but other units, if they have to do it, will blunder around looking for vendors and stuff) and what do you know? it took all of 3 minutes for a reply requiring us to do stuff for them sometimes, extra work is kind of worth it if you look at the big picture i don't mind it
